Available widths, colors, quantities, and designs vary by product and are displayed on the applicable product page.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors and images. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor, screen settings, lighting, or other factors.

Minor variations that are normal for printed ribbon or manufacturing processes may occur.

Continuous Yardage

When multiple quantities of the same ribbon are ordered, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the ribbon in one continuous piece whenever possible.

Continuous yardage cannot always be guaranteed due to available inventory, manufacturer cuts, roll lengths, or other circumstances.

Pricing

Prices are displayed on the website and are subject to change without notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Wholesale Accounts and Pricing

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale customers.

Customers seeking wholesale access must create a Little Red Ribbon Hood member account and complete the Wholesale Application. Wholesale status is assigned to the approved member account and cannot be applied to a guest checkout.

Customers may check out as guests when making regular retail purchases, but wholesale pricing requires the customer to be logged into the member account that has been approved for wholesale access.

Wholesale pricing begins at a qualifying purchase of 25 yards of the same ribbon.

Approval for wholesale access is at the discretion of Little Red Ribbon Hood. We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or revoke wholesale privileges when reasonably necessary, including in cases of misuse of wholesale pricing or account privileges.

Wholesale access is intended for the approved customer or business and should not be shared with unauthorized users.

Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory, occasional inventory discrepancies may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to arrange a substitution when appropriate, refund the unavailable item, or otherwise resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, inventory errors, or misuse of the website.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

For voluntary returns where Little Red Ribbon Hood did not make an error, original shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

Products specifically identified as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final Sale merchandise may include odd-length cuts, end-of-roll pieces, discontinued merchandise, or other products specifically identified as Final Sale in the product listing.

The exact quantity or yardage stated in a Final Sale listing controls, even when that quantity differs from our standard 5-yard selling increments.
